He is really organised and efficient, always responsive to any communication quickly (which as you learn when you have a wedding, not everyone you’re dealing with is), on the day itself he was just brilliant and managed to capture all the special moments and people in a really natural way which we loved. He made everyone feel comfortable and is a really lovely guy in general. Most of all, the videos are absolutely amazing - we love them all so much and having the mix of shorter highlights and the longer feature film is perfect.
